Eukroma Plus New Cream 15gm is used to treat moderate-to-severe melasma (dark brown patches on the face) and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. It helps fade stubborn spots caused by sun damage, hormonal changes, or acne scarring, leading to a more uniform and radiant complexion. It is designed for intensive, short-term "skin lightening" under medical guidance.
This cream contains a triple combination: Hydroquinone (lightens the skin by inhibiting melanin), Tretinoin (a retinoid that increases skin cell turnover to reveal fresh skin), and Mometasone (a moderate-potency steroid that reduces redness and irritation). This combination is significantly more effective at clearing deep pigmentation than single-ingredient creams.
Apply a small amount to the affected spots only at night, at least 30 minutes before bed. Sun protection is mandatory: always use a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30+) during the day, as even minimal sun exposure can reverse the lightening effects. Use the cream for the exact duration prescribed (usually not more than 2–3 months) to avoid skin thinning or permanent darkening.
