Nimodip Tablet is used to manage neurological complications following specific types of brain bleeding.

Uses of Nimodip Tablet are:

• Post-Subarachnoid Haemorrhage Vasospasm: It reduces neurological deficits and prevents brain damage by keeping blood vessels open after bleeding in the brain.
• Ruptured Cerebral Aneurysm or Arteriovenous Malformation: It provides critical protection to brain tissues following the rupture of these specific blood vessel abnormalities.
• Cerebral Ischemia: It improves blood flow to the brain to manage symptoms like confusion and speech difficulties, lowering the risk of long-term dependence.

To correctly take Nimodip Tablet, follow these directions:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a bit of water.

• Do not chew or crush the tablet.

• You should take this medicine around 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals.
