Noblok-AF Drops comprises two active ingredients:

Phenylephrine Hydrochloride (5 mg): Working as a potent vasoconstrictor, phenylephrine activates a specific kind of receptor (α1-adrenergic receptor) in the body. When taken orally, it reduces blood flow and swelling in the nasal tissues (mucosa), consequently reducing nasal congestion and obstruction. This action facilitates easier breathing through the nose for your child.
Chlorpheniramine Maleate (2 mg): This component belongs to a group of medicines known as antihistamines. It functions by blocking histamine H1 receptors in the body; this action reduces symptoms such as sneezing, itching, watery eyes, and a runny nose that occur during an allergic reaction. Chlorpheniramine also has an additional effect: it reduces secretions and dries up watery nasal discharge.
