Nor-Metrogyl O Suspension can interact with medications, including:

• Anticoagulants or blood thinners such as warfarin: Nor-Metrogyl O Suspension may enhance the effects of anticoagulants, increasing the risk of bleeding. Close monitoring of blood clotting parameters is necessary when these medications are used together.
• Antipsychotics such as risperidone: It may increase the risk of certain side effects, such as irregular heartbeats or QT interval prolongation when used with antipsychotic medications. 
• Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as ibuprofen: It may increase the risk of certain side effects, such as irregular heartbeats or QT interval prolongation, when used with antipsychotic medications. 
• Gastric acid reducers such as cimetidine: It may increase the risk of certain side effects, such as irregular heartbeats or QT interval prolongation, when used with antipsychotic medications. 
• Medications for irregular heartbeat such as amiodarone: Nor-Metrogyl O Suspension may increase the risk of irregular heartbeats when used with medications such as amiodarone. Close monitoring of heart rhythm is necessary when these medications are used together.

Nor-Metrogyl O Suspension can interact with diseases, including:

• Epilepsy: It is contraindicated in patients with a history of epilepsy or an existing central nervous system disorder.
• Tendon disorders: It is contraindicated in patients with a history of tendon disorders related to fluoroquinolone antibiotics.
• Actual defects in glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase activity: The concomitant use can cause severe side effects.
• Kidney disease: This suspension may worsen the existing condition. 
• Liver impairment: This suspension can cause severe hepatotoxicity.
• Heart rhythm disorder (irregular heartbeats): This suspension can increase the risk of irregular heartbeats (QT interval), leading to serious heart problems.
