Fenofibrate (160 mg): This component activates a receptor known as PPARα (peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor alpha). The activation of this receptor helps in breaking down triglyceride-rich particles, reducing certain protein production, altering LDL composition and increasing HDL levels.

Pregnancy
