Nuforce Lotion is used for managing various conditions, including:

• Managing candidiasis: A fungal infection which can affect the mouth, throat, gut, and vagina.

To optimise the benefits of Nuforce Lotion, follow these instructions:

• Before use, shake the bottle well.

• Wet your hair and scalp thoroughly before application.

• Apply enough lotion to cover all affected areas and gently massage until it forms a lather.

• Allow the lotion to remain on your scalp for 5-10 minutes before rinsing off completely with water.

The effectiveness of Nuforce Lotion comes from its two active ingredients:

• Ketoconazole (2%): This azole antifungal disrupts the fungal cell membrane by blocking the synthesis of ergosterol. Ergosterol is a key component of fungal cell membranes. When its synthesis is inhibited, it increases cell permeability causing leakage of cellular contents and ultimately leading to fungal cell death.

• Zinc pyrithione (1%): As a coordination complex of zinc, this ingredient damages fungal cell membranes and hampers their division and growth. Beyond its antifungal property, zinc pyrithione also exhibits antibacterial effects and promotes shedding of the outermost layer of skin cells (keratolytic effect).

Together, these ingredients effectively destroy the fungal cells responsible for seborrheic dermatitis and dandruff.

• Store Nuforce Lotion at room temperature, ideally between 20°C to 25°C.

• Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use, in a dry place away from direct light.
