Nulong 10 Tablet is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). By lowering blood pressure, it helps prevent complications like heart attacks, strokes, kidney damage, and vision loss. It may also help reduce angina (chest pain) caused by coronary artery disease.

Here's how you should take Nulong-10 Tablet:

• Follow the dosage and timing instructions provided by your doctor.
• Do not change or exceed the prescribed dose without consulting your doctor.
• Consult your doctor before discontinuing the medication; do not stop taking it without their guidance.
• Adhere to the dietary recommendations given by your doctor.

Nulong-10 Tablet is taken orally.

Nulong-10 Tablet contains cilnidipine (10 mg), which works on the body in the following ways:

• Blocks Calcium Influx: Cilnidipine inhibits the inflow of calcium ions into muscle cells lining your blood vessels and heart. This action helps to relax and widen these vessels.
• Reduces Blood Pressure: By causing vasodilation or widening of peripheral arterioles and coronary arteries, cilnidipine effectively decreases overall peripheral resistance and arterial blood pressure.
• Regulates Norepinephrine Release: Cilnidipine also has an inhibitory effect on the sympathetic N-type calcium channels. This suppresses excessive release of norepinephrine from sympathetic nerve endings, which helps prevent reflex tachycardia often associated with other types of calcium antagonists.

• Store Nulong-10 Tablet in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight.
• Maintain a room temperature of 15-30°C.
• Keep it out of reach and sight of children.
• Ensure to use the medicine before its expiry date.
