Odoxil 500 mg Tablet is used to treat bacterial infections such as tonsillitis, pharyngitis, skin infections, and soft tissue infections. It is also effective for treating urinary tract infections (UTIs) and gastrointestinal infections, reducing inflammation and infection‑related symptoms, and supporting recovery.

• Swallow the Odoxil 500 MG Tablet whole with a glass of water with food.
• Do not crush or chew the Odoxil 500 MG Tablet, as this may affect the way the medication is absorbed in the body.
• Take the Odoxil 500 MG Tablet at fixed times each day to maintain a consistent level of medication. 
• Do not change your Odoxil 500 MG Tablet dose or take them more often than prescribed.

Odoxil 500 MG Tablet is taken orally as prescribed by a doctor.

• Cefadroxil, the active ingredient in Odoxil 500 MG Tablet, is a broad-spectrum antibiotic that belongs to the cephalosporin class. It works by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis, ultimately leading to the bacteria's death. 
• Cefadroxil targets Gram-positive bacteria but is also active against some Gram-negative bacteria. It is commonly used to treat various bacterial infections, including skin and soft tissue infections, respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, and other infections. 

• Store this medicine at a temperature below 30 ºC.
• Protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep Odoxil 500 MG Tablet away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Include a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. Foods high in Vitamin C, zinc, and iron can help support your immune system and promote healing.
• Avoid spicy foods as they can trigger the symptoms.
• Drink enough fluids to flush out toxins from the body and promote healing. 
• Avoid sugary and processed foods. It can weaken the immune system and promote inflammation, making it harder for your body to fight infection.
• Avoid smoking and alcohol. It can weaken the immune system.
