Olkem Trio 6.25 Tablet is used for the following:

• Controlling high blood pressure or hypertension

• Reducing the risk of stroke and heart attack

• Managing kidney complications linked with diabetes and high blood pressure

To properly use Olkem Trio 6.25 Tablet, follow these steps:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not crush or chew the tablet.

• Try to take the tablet at the same time each day for optimal effect.

• Do not stop taking this medicine without first consulting your doctor.

Olkem Trio 6.25 Tablet is taken orally.

Olkem Trio 6.25 Tablet includes three active ingredients:

• Chlorthalidone (6.25 mg): This component acts as a diuretic and increases the elimination of salts and water from your body through your kidneys. This process reduces your blood volume and lowers your blood pressure.

• Cilnidipine (10 mg): A calcium channel blocker, cilnidipine slows down the movement of calcium into heart and blood vessel cells. This action relaxes these cells, causing them to widen or dilate, which reduces blood pressure.

• Olmesartan Medoxomil (20 mg): It is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels, reducing resistance and helping to lower blood pressure.
