Olmezest Beta 25 Tablet may interact with the following medications, including

• Antihypertensive medications such as aliskiren, captopril, enalapril, lisinopril, verapamil, diltiazem, losartan, valsartan, clonidine, moxonidine, methyldopa, rilmenidine, propafenone can increase the effect of this tablet.
• Antidepressants such as lithium can increase toxicity when taken with this tablet. 
• Potassium supplements and potassium-sparing diuretics such as spironolactone, triamterene, and amiloride can increase potassium levels in the blood when taken with this tablet.
• Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) like indomethacin, celecoxib, sulindac, ibuprofen, and aspirin can decrease the effect of this tablet.
• Cholesterol medications such as colesevelam can decrease the effect of this tablet.
• Antacids such as aluminium hydroxide and magaldrate can decrease the effect of this tablet.
• Medications affecting the brain, such as barbiturates (e.g., phenobarbital), can decrease the effectiveness of this tablet.
• Antipsychotic medications, such as thioridazine, can decrease the effect of this tablet.
• Antihistamines such as diphenhydramine can lead to additive effects when taken with this tablet.
• HIV medication such as ritonavir can lead to toxicity when taken with this tablet.
• Antifungal medication such as terbinafine can increase the effectiveness of this tablet.
• Stomach ulcer medication such as cimetidine can increase the effectiveness of this tablet.
• Antiarrhythmic medications such as digoxin, disopyramide, quinidine, and amiodarone can lower blood pressure to dangerous levels when taken with this tablet.
• Heart medications such as adrenaline can have reduced effect when taken with this tablet.

• High potassium level: This tablet can further increase the potassium levels. 
• Electrolyte imbalance: This tablet can fluctuate the electrolyte balance.
• Low blood pressure: This tablet can further decrease blood pressure. 
• Diabetes: This tablet can fluctuate blood sugar levels.
• Thyroid disease: This tablet can worsen the disease.
• Asthma: This tablet can aggravate the asthma.
• Cardiogenic shock: This tablet can increase the chances of cardiogenic shock.

The daily dose of Olmezest Beta 25 Tablet should be taken as prescribed by your doctor. The dosage may change based on individual factors such as the age, severity of the condition and response to treatment. 

In case of an accidental overdose of Olmezest Beta 25 Tablet, seek immediate medical help by contacting your doctor. Signs of an overdose may include low blood pressure, decreased heartbeat, dizziness, problems in breathing, vomiting, and feeling faint.

If you miss a dose of Olmezest Beta 25 Tablet, take it as soon as you remember. However, avoid repeating the same dose.
