Olmesartan Medoxomil (20 mg): As an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB), Olmesartan Medoxomil inhibits the binding of angiotensin II to AT1 receptors in vascular smooth muscle. This causes vasodilation and reduces the secretion of vasopressin and the production and secretion of aldosterone, reducing blood pressure.

Pregnancy
