Ozomet-G1 Tablet is used for the following:

• Improving glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus

• Helping patients who are already taking glimepiride and metformin separately

• Assisting patients whose diabetes is not adequately controlled on either glimepiride or metformin alone

Here's how you should take Ozomet-G1 Tablet:

• This medicine should be swallowed whole with an evening meal.

• Do not split, crush, or chew the tablet.

• Do not exceed the recommended dose without consulting your doctor.

• Always remember to take your medicine as directed by your doctor.

Ozomet-G1 Tablet is taken orally.

Ozomet-G1 Tablet is a combination medication containing two active ingredients:

• Glimepiride (1 mg): As a sulfonylurea group, glimepiride works by stimulating the beta cells in your pancreas to release more insulin. Insulin is the hormone that helps regulate blood sugar levels in your body.
