It also helps reduce fever and provides relief from menstrual cramps, ensuring effective comfort for children suffering from common ailments.

To correctly give Pacimol Mf 125 Suspension to your child, follow these instructions:

• Start by shaking the bottle well before each use. This ensures the medicine inside is mixed properly.

• Measure the exact amount your doctor recommends using the provided measuring cup.

• You can give this medicine to your child with or without food. If stomach upset occurs, try giving it with meals.

• If your child vomits within half an hour of taking the medicine, give them the same dose again.

• This medicine is sugar-based and needs caution for use in diabetic patients. If your child has diabetes, consult your doctor before giving this medicine.

Pacimol Mf 125 Suspension contains two active ingredients:

• Paracetamol (125 mg): Paracetamol works mainly in the central nervous system by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins in the brain and spinal cord. Prostaglandins are chemicals that signal pain and fever to your body. By decreasing their production, paracetamol effectively reduces pain and fever.

• Mefenamic Acid (50 mg): This nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) blocks enzymes known as cyclooxygenases (COX-1 and COX-2). These enzymes are involved in producing prostaglandins that cause inflammation, pain, and fever. By inhibiting these enzymes, mefenamic acid helps manage these symptoms.
