Additionally, it works on peripheral dopamine receptors in your digestive system to increase peristalsis rhythmic contractions that move food through your intestines thereby speeding up gastric emptying.

• Pantoprazole (40 mg): This ingredient acts by irreversibly blocking proton pumps (H+/K+ ATPase) in gastric parietal cells cells in the lining of your stomach. This action inhibits the final step of acid production in your stomach, resulting in a decrease in stomach acidity levels and an increase in stomach pH.
