Pregabalin is an alpha 2 delta ligand that reduces pain by altering the activation of calcium channels in nerve cells. Methylcobalamin and Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) are vitamin B forms that aid in the formation of myelin, a material that protects nerve fibres and regenerates injured nerve cells. Folic acid, a kind of vitamin B, also offers critical nutrients to the nerves. They work together to alleviate neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves).
