• Use a saline nasal rinse or a saline nasal spray to flush out any irritants, allergens, or excess mucus from your nasal passages, reducing congestion and promoting better breathing.
• Avoid irritants such as cigarette smoke, strong perfumes, cleaning products, and pollutants that further irritate your throat and worsen your symptoms.
