CompositionRapilif 8 Tablet is used to relieve the urinary symptoms of an enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia) in men, such as a weak stream, urgency and difficulty starting to urinate.
It contains silodosin, an alpha-blocker. It works by relaxing the muscles of the prostate and bladder, which improves urine flow.
Take it exactly as prescribed, at the same time each day, and do not stop it abruptly. Rise slowly from sitting or lying to reduce dizziness.
Tell your doctor about any planned cataract surgery before starting, as this medicine can affect the operation. Report marked dizziness, fainting or a drop in blood pressure on standing.
