Robi D Injection 3ml

The Robi-D Injection is used in:

• Pain caused by kidney stones
• Pain caused by injuries
• 'Flare-ups' of joint or back pain
• Attacks of gout

The Robi-D Injection is for intravenous administration only. 

The Robi-D Injection contains the following components: 

• Diclofenac (50 mg): It is an NSAID that inhibits enzyme called cyclooxygenases (COX), which play a role in producing substances that cause pain and inflammation. By inhibiting COX, diclofenac reduces pain and inflammation.
• Methocarbamol (300 mg): It is a skeletal muscle relaxant that functions as a central nervous system (CNS) depressant, acting as a muscle relaxant. By influencing neurotransmitters in the brain and spinal cord, it induces muscle relaxation and alleviates muscle spasms.

The storage instructions for the Robi-D Injection are as follows:

• Don't expose it to high temperatures – keep it below 30°C.
• Store it in its original package to shield it from light exposure.
• Ensure it's kept out of reach and sight of children.
• Never use Robi-D Injection after the expiry date, clearly marked on the package.

• Drink plenty of water to keep your muscles well-hydrated, which can help reduce muscle cramps and stiffness.
• Consume a diet high in fruits, vegetables, grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. These provide essential nutrients for muscle health and overall well-being.
• Engage in gentle, regular physical activity like stretching, walking, or swimming to maintain muscle flexibility and strength. Avoid overexertion, especially during muscle pain episodes.
• Ensure you get maximum sleep and rest to allow your muscles to recover. Relaxation strategies, like yoga or meditation, can also help reduce muscle tension and pain.
• Identify and avoid factors that exacerbate muscle pain, such as excessive caffeine or alcohol consumption, smoking, and poor posture. Implement ergonomic changes in your workspace if needed.
