CompositionRoliflo OD-4 Capsule is a combination medicine containing an alpha-blocker and an antimuscarinic agent used to treat symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and overactive bladder (OAB). It relaxes the muscles in the prostate and bladder to reduce urinary frequency, urgency and difficulty starting urination.
The alpha-blocker component relaxes the muscles of the prostate and bladder neck, making it easier to pass urine, while the antimuscarinic component relaxes the bladder wall muscle to reduce urgency and increase bladder capacity, together giving comprehensive relief from urinary symptoms.
Take this capsule once daily, generally after the same meal each day, exactly as your doctor prescribes.
Tell your doctor if you are due for eye surgery, as the alpha-blocker component can affect the eye's pupil response during cataract surgery. Tell your doctor if you have glaucoma or difficulty passing urine, as the antimuscarinic component needs caution in these conditions.
