• Roseday-A 20 Capsule is used in the following conditions:
• Preventing heart attacks in those at high cardiovascular risk
• Lowering the chance of strokes for people prone to them
• Stopping cardiovascular death in patients with known artery disease
• Reducing the risk of heart attacks, strokes, and cardiovascular death in patients with multiple risk factors but no diagnosed cardiovascular disease
• Managing high levels of cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood
• Increasing good cholesterol or HDL in patients with primary hyperlipidemia

To get the most benefit from your Roseday-A 20 Capsule:

• Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush or chew the capsule.

• Always take this medicine at least one hour before a meal.

   

• It's vital to continue using this medicine even if you feel well, unless your doctor tells you otherwise.

Roseday-A 20 Capsule is taken orally.

Roseday-A 20 Capsule contains two active ingredients:

• Aspirin (75 mg): This is an antiplatelet medication that works by irreversibly inhibiting the platelet cyclooxygenase-1 (COX-1) enzyme in your body. This action blocks thromboxane A2 production, which reduces platelet activation and aggregation, thereby preventing the formation of blood clots that could block arteries, leading to heart attacks and strokes.
• Rosuvastatin (20 mg): Classified as a statin, rosuvastatin competitively inhibits HMG-CoA reductase. This enzyme plays a crucial role in cholesterol production within your body. By inhibiting this enzyme, rosuvastatin enhances LDL receptor expression on liver cells which promotes LDL uptake from the blood. Consequently, it effectively lowers LDL cholesterol, total cholesterol, triglycerides and raises HDL cholesterol.

• Store your Roseday-A 20 Capsule in a cool and dry place.
• The ideal storage temperature is between 20°C and 25°C.
• Keep the medicine away from direct light and moisture.
• Always keep the capsule out of reach of children.
• Make sure you use this medicine before the expiry date.

• Since Roseday-A 20 Capsule is used for managing cardiovascular risks, maintain a low cholesterol diet. Avoid foods high in saturated fat, like red meat, butter, and cheese.
• Regular physical activity is key. Try to get at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise, such as brisk walking, on most days of the week.
