• Clopidogrel (75 mg): Identified as a P2Y12 ADP receptor antagonist, clopidogrel blocks the ADP-mediated activation of platelets, which prevents them from forming clots.
• Rosuvastatin (20 mg): Rosuvastatin reduces cholesterol levels by competitively inhibiting HMG-CoA reductase, a key enzyme involved in cholesterol biosynthesis. This leads to increased LDL uptake and catabolism due to an increase in LDL receptor expression on liver cells.
