Rosusure-Gold 20 Capsule is used for the following:

• Reducing the risk of heart attacks, strokes, and vascular death in patients with atherosclerosis

• Preventing blood clots after certain heart procedures such as angioplasty and stent placement

• Managing acute coronary syndrome and established peripheral artery disease

• Lowering LDL cholesterol, total cholesterol, triglycerides and enhancing HDL cholesterol

• Slowing down the progression of atherosclerosis in patients with elevated CRP and heart disease

• Assisting dietary management in patients with primary hyperlipidemia or mixed dyslipidemia

Rosusure-Gold 20 Capsule is taken orally.

Rosusure-Gold 20 Capsule contains three active ingredients:

• Aspirin (75 mg): This component works by irreversibly inhibiting a substance called COX-1 in platelets. This reduction in COX-1 leads to less production of thromboxane A2, which helps prevent blood clots from forming.

• Clopidogrel (75 mg): Identified as a P2Y12 ADP receptor antagonist, clopidogrel blocks the ADP-mediated activation of platelets, which prevents them from forming clots.

• Rosuvastatin (20 mg): Rosuvastatin reduces cholesterol levels by competitively inhibiting HMG-CoA reductase, a key enzyme involved in cholesterol biosynthesis. This leads to increased LDL uptake and catabolism due to an increase in LDL receptor expression on liver cells.

• Keep your Rosusure-Gold 20 Capsule in its original packaging to protect it from moisture and light.

• Store this medication at room temperature, ideally between 20-25°C.
