Composition

Domperidone (30 Mg) + Rabeprazole (20 Mg)

Rzole DSR Capsule is used to treat acid reflux, gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and peptic ulcers by controlling stomach acid. It relieves heartburn, chest discomfort and a sour taste, and helps heal an inflamed food pipe.

It contains rabeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor that reduces stomach acid, and domperidone, which improves the movement of the stomach and intestines.

Take it on an empty stomach, usually 30 minutes before breakfast, as prescribed.

Tell your doctor about any liver or heart-rhythm problems before use, as domperidone can rarely affect the heart rhythm. If you use acid-reducing medicines long-term, mention any history of fractures or low magnesium.

Rzole DSR Capsule contains two active ingredients:

Domperidone (30 mg): As a dopamine antagonist, domperidone heightens the movement of your upper gastrointestinal tract, helping food pass through more efficiently. It also has an inhibitory effect on a specific area in your brain known as the chemoreceptor trigger zone (CTZ), which is responsible for causing feelings of nausea and vomiting.
Rabeprazole (20 mg): Classified as a proton pump inhibitor, rabeprazole effectively reduces stomach acid production. It does this by blocking the action of an enzyme called H+/K+ ATPase or gastric proton pump, which is responsible for releasing gastric acid secretion.
