• Maintaining control over asthma symptoms such as wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, and cough in adults and children aged 4 years and above.

• Reducing exacerbations and improving lung function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), including chronic bronchitis and emphysema.

• Ensure the inhaler is primed before use by shaking it.

• Inhale the medication as directed by your doctor.

Seroflo 50 Inhaler contains two distinct active ingredients that work in different ways:

• Fluticasone propionate (50 mcg): This synthetic corticosteroid possesses potent anti-inflammatory activity. It reduces inflammation and swelling in the airways, thereby helping to prevent asthma symptoms and exacerbations.

• Salmeterol (25 mcg): This long-acting beta2-adrenergic receptor agonist works by relaxing the smooth muscles of the airways. By doing so, it facilitates easier breathing and minimises bronchospasm.

• Keep your Seroflo 50 Inhaler at room temperature.

• Store it in a dry place without exposure to direct sunlight.
