Composition

Aceclofenac (100 Mg) + Drotaverine (80 Mg)

Signoflam Spas Tablet is used to relieve abdominal pain and cramps caused by spasms of the stomach and intestines. It is a combination medicine containing drotaverine 80mg, an antispasmodic, and aceclofenac 100mg, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID).

This medicine is also used to relieve painful periods, colicky pain from kidney stones or gallstones, and cramping pain linked to irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Take it with or immediately after food, in the dose prescribed by your doctor and for the shortest time needed.

A warm compress on the abdomen, rest and enough fluids can help ease cramps.

Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have had stomach ulcers or bleeding, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma, or liver or kidney disease, and about other medicines you take, including other painkillers and blood thinners. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Seek medical help if you notice black stools, vomiting of blood, severe stomach pain or yellowing of the skin or eyes. Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor advises you to do so.

Signoflam Spas Tablet is used to relieve abdominal pain, cramps and spasms of the gut, urinary tract and bile ducts, as well as painful menstrual cramps.

Uses of Signoflam Spas Tablet are:

• Abdominal Cramps: Relaxes smooth muscle and relieves abdominal spasm.

• Menstrual Pain: Eases painful cramps during periods.

• Colicky Pain: Relieves the pain caused by kidney stones and gallstones.

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Avoid breaking or chewing it.
