CompositionSpasmodart Tablet is used to relieve abdominal pain, cramps and bloating caused by painful muscle spasms in the stomach and intestines, particularly in functional gut conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
It contains dicyclomine, an antispasmodic that relaxes smooth muscle; diclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug; and paracetamol, which relieves pain. Take it as prescribed, preferably with food.
Take it as prescribed. Smaller, more frequent meals and limiting spicy or fatty foods, caffeine and fizzy drinks can help reduce spasms.
