Stator CV Capsule is used in adults with atherosclerosis or high cholesterol to reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke, and vascular death.

Uses of Stator CV Capsule are:

• Cholesterol Management: Lowers total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, and triglycerides, and raises HDL cholesterol.
• Cardiovascular Risk Reduction: Reduces the risk of heart attack, stroke, and vascular death in people with atherosclerosis.
• Clot Prevention: Helps prevent blood clot formation in the arteries.

Follow these instructions while taking Stator CV Capsule:

• Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water.

• Do not crush or chew the capsule.

Stator CV Capsule combines the therapeutic effects of two active ingredients:

• Atorvastatin (10 mg): As a selective, competitive inhibitor of HMG-CoA reductase, atorvastatin reduces the synthesis of cholesterol in the liver. This action leads to an increased expression of LDL receptors on the liver cell membranes, enhancing the removal of LDL particles from the blood. Ultimately, this process results in lowering total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, and triglycerides.

• Clopidogrel (75 mg): Clopidogrel, being a prodrug, needs to be converted into its active form in the liver. The active form irreversibly inhibits the binding of ADP to its platelet P2Y12 receptor, preventing the activation of the glycoprotein IIb/IIIa complex and platelet aggregation. This action inhibits the formation of blood clots in the arterial vasculature, reducing the risk of heart attack and stroke.

• Store Stator CV Capsule at room temperature, ideally between 15-30°C.
