Teczine M Tablet is used to manage allergic rhinitis when both of its components are considered appropriate.

Uses of Teczine M Tablet are:

• Allergic Rhinitis: Relieves sneezing, a runny or blocked nose and itchy or watery eyes.
• Allergy with Coexisting Asthma: May support allergy control in selected patients with asthma, but it does not treat a sudden asthma attack.

Ensure you follow these instructions while taking Teczine M Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Avoid crushing or chewing the tablet.

• The medicine can be taken with or without food.

• Do not take more than the recommended dose without consulting your doctor.

• It's important not to stop taking this medicine without speaking to your doctor first.

Teczine M Tablet is taken orally.

Teczine M Tablet comprises two active ingredients working together to manage allergy symptoms:

• Levocetirizine (5 mg): This is a second-generation antihistamine. It works by selectively binding to H1 receptors in the body and blocking their action. By doing so, it prevents histamine - a key player in allergic reactions - from acting on these receptors. This ultimately helps decrease symptoms like itching, sneezing, and a runny nose.

• Store Teczine M Tablet at room temperature, ideally between 15-30 degrees Celsius.
