Tegrital CR 200 Divitab is used for the management of epilepsy (seizures), trigeminal neuralgia (facial nerve pain), and manic symptoms of bipolar disorder. This medication contains Carbamazepine, which works by regulating the brain's electrical activity and suppressing abnormal nerve signals. It effectively reduces the frequency and intensity of seizures, alleviates severe facial pain, and is used to stabilize mood, serving as an alternative treatment for acute mania.

Tegrital CR 200 Divitab may cause side effects like dizziness, drowsiness, problems with walking and coordination, nausea, vomiting, vertigo, and double vision. If these side effects continue or worsen, contact your doctor.
