Tegrital CR 200 Tablet may interact with the following medications:

• Gastric acid reducers such as aprepitant, cimetidine, and omeprazole when taken with this tablet decrease the plasma level of this tablet.
• Antibiotics such as ciprofloxacin, erythromycin, and clarithromycin, when taken with this tablet can result in a decrease in the level of antibiotics.
• Synthetic androgen such as danazol when taken with this tablet can increase the risk of side effects.
• Antihypertensive medications such as diltiazem, verapamil, and dihydropyridine, when taken with this tablet, can increase the chances of adverse effects.
• Antidepressants such as fluoxetine, when taken with this tablet, can increase the levels of carbamazepine. 
• Antipsychotics such as olanzapine, when taken concomitantly, can reduce the plasma concentrations of antipsychotics.
• Antihistamines such as loratadine, when taken with this tablet, can increase the chances of side effects, especially dizziness, drowsiness, confusion, and difficulty in concentrating. 
• Skeletal muscle relaxants such as dantrolene, when taken concomitantly with this tablet, reduce the effects of skeletal muscle relaxants.
• Antituberculosis agents such as isoniazid and rifampin, when taken concomitantly with this tablet, increase the effects of carbamazepine.
• Antiepileptic medications such as valproate, when taken together with this tablet, can inhibit the metabolic pathways of carbamazepine.
• Bronchodilators such as theophylline, when taken concomitantly, reduce the clearance of bronchodilators and decrease the exposure of carbamazepine.
• Chemotherapy medications such as cisplatin, when taken together, can increase the risk of hyponatremia.
• Opioid analgesics, such as methadone when taken together with this tablet, can reduce the blood levels of opioid analgesics.
• Analgesic/antipyretic such as acetaminophen, when taken concomitantly with this tablet, can alter the effects of analgesic/antipyretic and increase the chances of side effects.
• Antiparasitic medications such as albendazole, when taken together with this tablet, can result in reduced effectiveness of antiparasitic medications.
• Benzodiazepines such as alprazolam, when taken together with this tablet, can alter the effectiveness of benzodiazepines.
• Anti-inflammatory agents such as prednisolone and dexamethasone, when taken concomitantly with this tablet, decrease the exposure of anti-inflammatory agents.
• Immunosuppressants such as cyclosporine, when taken with this tablet, can interfere with the metabolism of immunosuppressants.
• Anticoagulants such as dicumarol and warfarin, when taken concomitantly with this tablet, can increase the metabolism of anticoagulants.
• Thyroid hormone replacement medications such as levothyroxine, when taken together can decrease the effects of these medications.
• Cholesterol-lowering medication such as atorvastatin when taken concomitantly with this tablet can affect the lipid levels adversely. 
• Hormonal contraceptives use along with this tablet can effect the working of hormonal contraceptives.

Tegrital CR 200 Tablet may interact with diseases including:

• Depression: This tablet can further worsen depression.
• Liver disease: This tablet can further aggravate liver disease.
• Kidney dysfunction: This tablet can further worsen kidney dysfunction.
• Blood dyscrasias (blood disorder): Use of this tablet in patients suffering from blood dyscrasias can further worsen this disorder.
• History of porphyria: This tablet can further worsen this condition:
• Hyponatremia (low sodium level in blood): Use of this tablet can further lower the sodium levels in the blood.
• Psychiatric disorders: Use of this tablet in patients suffering from psychiatric diseases can further aggravate the symptoms.
• Arrhythmias: This tablet can aggravate this condition.

 The daily dose of Tegrital CR 200 Tablet should be taken as prescribed by your doctor. The dosage may change based on individual factors such as the severity of the condition and response to treatment.
