Telmikind-Trio 12.5 Tablet comprises three active components working together to manage high blood pressure:

• Chlorthalidone (12.5 mg): This ingredient acts as a diuretic, a type of medicine that helps your kidneys get rid of excess water and salt. By doing so, it reduces blood volume and cardiac output, leading to decreased blood pressure. It also widens (dilates) your blood vessels which can further help lower your blood pressure.

• Cilnidipine (10 mg): This component is a calcium channel blocker that reduces blood pressure by relaxing the muscles in your heart and blood vessels. It does this by limiting the amount of calcium that enters these cells – calcium causes the heart and arteries to contract more strongly.

• Telmisartan (40 mg): As an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB), telmisartan works by blocking the action of a compound in the body called angiotensin II. Angiotensin II causes blood vessels to constrict and promotes the release of a hormone that increases the amount of sodium and water the body retains. By blocking these actions, telmisartan helps to reduce blood pressure.

• Store Telmikind-Trio 12.5 Tablet at room temperature, ideally at 25°C.

• You may allow temporary variations between 15-30°C.
