Telplus Trio Tablet is composed of three active ingredients:

• Telmisartan (40 mg): As an angiotensin II receptor blocker, telmisartan prevents your blood vessels from narrowing by blocking angiotensin II receptors. This results in lowered blood pressure and provides protection for your organs.
• Cilnidipine (10 mg): Classified as a calcium channel blocker, cilnidipine works by inhibiting the influx of calcium across myocardial and vascular smooth muscle cell membranes. This action widens your arteries, improves blood flow, reduces cardiac workload, and ultimately helps lower blood pressure.
• Chlorthalidone (6.25 mg): This ingredient is a thiazide-like diuretic that acts on your kidneys. It inhibits the reabsorption of sodium and chloride in a part of your kidneys called the distal convoluted tubule. This action leads to increased urine output and reduced salt levels, which in turn decreases fluid volume and relaxes your blood vessels.
