Telplus Trio Tablet is used to manage high blood pressure and reduce the risk of cardiovascular events. It combines telmisartan, cilnidipine, and chlorthalidone to effectively lower blood pressure and provide a comprehensive solution for hypertension.

Telplus Trio Tablet is composed of three active ingredients:

• Telmisartan (40 mg): As an angiotensin II receptor blocker, telmisartan prevents your blood vessels from narrowing by blocking angiotensin II receptors. This results in lowered blood pressure and provides protection for your organs.
• Cilnidipine (10 mg): Classified as a calcium channel blocker, cilnidipine works by inhibiting the influx of calcium across myocardial and vascular smooth muscle cell membranes.
