Here are some guidelines on how to take Telsartan-H Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Don't crush or chew it.

• Consistency is important, so take the tablet at the same time each day.

• It can be taken with or without food.

• Continue taking the medicine regularly, even if you feel better, to maintain controlled blood pressure.

• Never alter your dose or stop taking the medication without consulting your doctor.

Telsartan-H Tablet is taken orally.

Telsartan-H Tablet contains two key components:
