Telvas 40 Tablet is used to manage high blood pressure (hypertension) and heart failure. It contains telmisartan, an angiotensin receptor blocker that relaxes blood vessels to improve blood flow. This helps reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke, and protects kidney function, especially in patients with diabetes. It's typically taken once daily, with or without food.

• Swallow it whole with some water. Avoid breaking, crushing or chewing it.
• It can be taken with or without food.
