Telvas 40 Tablet is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) and heart failure. It helps lower blood pressure, reducing the risk of heart attacks and strokes. Here's how you should take Telvas 40 Tablet:

• Swallow it whole with some water. Avoid breaking, crushing or chewing it.
• It can be taken with or without food.
