• Lithium: Telmisartan can increase lithium levels in your body, potentially causing adverse effects.
• Heart medications: Taking the medicine with heart medications like digoxin can increase the level of digoxin in your body.
• Angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors: Medicines like ramipril and ramiprilat, when taken together with Telvas-AM Tablet, may cause hypotension (low blood pressure).

Some foods may interact with Telvas-AM Tablet, such as:

• Grapefruit juice: It can increase the level of amlodipine in your blood, potentially enhancing its effects.
• High-sodium food: Foods rich in sodium like processed cheese and seafood can reduce the medicine's efficacy.

Telvas-AM Tablet may interact with the following diseases:

• Severe aortic stenosis: Amlodipine could worsen this condition, which involves narrowing of your heart's aortic valve.
• Other cardiovascular conditions: The medicine may worsen the conditions of patients with severe obstructive coronary artery disease.
