Tidilan-10 Tablet is a vasodilator used to improve blood circulation in the peripheral and cerebral blood vessels. It is used to treat conditions such as Raynaud's phenomenon, where blood flow to the fingers, toes and ears is restricted, cerebral vascular insufficiency, and Buerger's disease, which affects the blood vessels in the limbs.
It relaxes the smooth muscles of the vascular walls, helping restore blood flow to the extremities and reduce pain. Take it as prescribed by your doctor. It is also used in obstetric care to relax uterine muscles and help delay premature labour in certain cases.
Staying warm, avoiding cold exposure to the hands and feet, and quitting smoking can help support circulation alongside this medicine.
Before starting, tell your doctor if you have a history of bleeding disorders, a recent heart attack, or severe anaemia. Because it can cause a mild drop in blood pressure, you may feel dizzy when standing up.
