Tidilan-10 Tablet is used in adults to treat conditions such as arteriosclerosis, Buerger's disease and Raynaud's phenomenon, and to manage cerebral vascular insufficiency and prevent premature labour.

Uses of Tidilan-10 Tablet are:

• Peripheral Circulatory Disorders: Improves blood flow in Raynaud's phenomenon and Buerger's disease.
• Cerebral Vascular Insufficiency: Helps improve blood flow to the brain.
• Premature Labour: Used in obstetric care to help delay premature labour.

• Swallow the entire tablet without crushing or breaking it. 
• Take it with or without food, but it is recommended at a fixed daily time for better results.

Tildilan-10 Tablet is taken orally.

Tildilan-10 Tablet contains the following component:

• Isoxsuprine (10 mg): It is a peripheral vasodilator that inhibits the constriction of blood vessels by blocking specific receptors. This causes blood vessels to widen, promoting increased blood flow. In cases of premature labour. This tablet's ability to relax the uterine muscle helps prevent or delay early contractions, which can help prolong pregnancy. This tablet's vasodilatory effect enhances blood flow to vital organs, such as the brain, improving oxygen and nutrient delivery for conditions like cerebral vascular insufficiency and arteriosclerosis obliterans. In conditions like Buerger's disease and Raynaud's phenomenon, where blood vessel spasms and reduced blood flow cause symptoms, this tablet’s action helps relieve symptoms by increasing blood supply.

• Tildilan-10 Tablet should be stored at room temperature, at 25°C.
• Please protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Keep daily sodium intake under 2.3 g or ideally less than 1.5 g for most adults.
• If you consume alcohol, limit it to one serving for women and two for men.
