Tonact 80 Tablet is used for the following:

• Lowering levels of LDL cholesterol, total cholesterol, triglycerides and apolipoprotein B in people with primary hypercholesterolemia and mixed dyslipidemia.

• Reducing the risk of heart attacks, strokes, and procedures to clear blocked arteries in people who don't show signs of heart disease but have multiple risk factors.

• Decreasing the likelihood of heart attacks and strokes in type 2 diabetes patients who don't show signs of heart disease but have multiple risk factors.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Refrain from crushing or chewing the tablet.

• Do not exceed the recommended dose without consulting your doctor.

• Never stop taking this medicine without speaking to your doctor first.
