About Topisal 6% Lotion 50ml

Topisal 6% Lotion is used to treat thick, scaly and inflamed skin conditions such as psoriasis and chronic eczema. It is a combination medicine containing clobetasol propionate, a very strong corticosteroid (steroid), and salicylic acid 6%, which softens and removes thick scales.

This medicine is also used for scaly scalp conditions, including scalp psoriasis. Salicylic acid loosens hard, scaly skin, allowing the steroid to work better on the inflamed skin underneath. Apply a few drops to the clean affected area and rub in gently, as directed by your doctor, and use it only for the short time prescribed.
