• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Avoid crushing or chewing the tablet.

Torex Cold Tablet is a combination medicine, with each active ingredient contributing towards the overall effect:

• Paracetamol (325 mg): Acts as a pain reliever and fever reducer by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins, chemicals that are involved in pain and fever signalling.

• Phenylephrine (5 mg): This decongestant reduces nasal and sinus congestion by constricting the blood vessels in the nasal passages, which helps to decrease inflammation and swelling.

• Chlorpheniramine Maleate (2 mg): As an antihistamine, chlorpheniramine reduces allergy symptoms like a runny nose, sneezing, and itchy, watery eyes. It works by blocking the action of histamine, a substance released during allergic reactions.

• Caffeine (16 mg): A mild stimulant that can help reduce fatigue and drowsiness often associated with colds and antihistamines. Additionally, caffeine enhances the pain-relieving effects of paracetamol.
