The Triglynase 1 Tablet 10

Triglynase 1 Tablet is used to improve blood sugar control in adults with type 2 diabetes. It is typically prescribed when diet, exercise, and single-drug therapies have failed to maintain healthy glucose levels. This combination therapy enhances overall glycemic management and helps stabilize daily sugar fluctuations.

Triglynase 1 Tablet is taken orally.

Triglynase 1 Tablet contains three active ingredients:

• Glimepiride (1 mg): This ingredient is a sulfonylurea that prompts the pancreas to produce more insulin by interacting with specific receptors on the surface of pancreatic beta cells. This interaction triggers an influx of calcium into the cells and stimulates insulin release.
• Metformin (500 mg): As a biguanide, metformin reduces glucose production in the liver by inhibiting two processes - gluconeogenesis and glycogenolysis. It also increases insulin sensitivity, enhances glucose uptake in peripheral parts of your body, and reduces glucose absorption in the intestines.
• Pioglitazone (15 mg): A thiazolidinedione, pioglitazone works by enhancing insulin sensitivity in muscle and fat tissues and inhibiting glucose production in the liver. It specifically interacts with peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-gamma (PPAR-γ), a nuclear receptor that plays a significant role in regulating glucose and fat metabolism.

• Store the tablet at a cool temperature, ideally between 20°C to 25°C.
• Keep this medicine away from light and moisture.

• Incorporate a diet rich in whole grains, lean proteins, and plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Limit foods high in sugar and unhealthy fats.
