Unibrom Eye Drops are used to manage inflammation and pain in the eye following cataract surgery. They help reduce swelling and discomfort during recovery.
The medicine contains bromfenac, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medicine (NSAID) that reduces eye pain and inflammation, and cetrimide, an antimicrobial preservative that helps protect the eye-drop solution from contamination. Use the drops as prescribed, wash your hands before use, and avoid touching the dropper tip.
Wearing sunglasses outdoors, avoiding rubbing the eye, and attending all follow-up eye check-ups can support healing alongside this medicine.
Before using this medicine, tell your doctor about any allergy to NSAIDs or other eye medicines you are using. Report worsening eye pain, redness, vision changes or discharge promptly. Speak to your doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
