CompositionUrsetor 300 Tablet is used to dissolve cholesterol gallstones, to manage primary biliary cholangitis, and to help manage the liver disease linked to cystic fibrosis.
It contains ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA), a naturally occurring bile acid. It works by improving bile flow and reducing the harmful bile acids that can damage liver cells.
Take it with meals as prescribed. Treatment may be needed for several months, so continue it for the full period advised.
Tell your doctor about any bile-duct blockage or inflammatory bowel disease before use. Keep to all liver-function monitoring appointments, and report worsening abdominal pain or yellowing of the skin or eyes.
