• Intestinal Absorbents: Medicines like activated charcoal can decrease the effectiveness of Volix 0.3 mg Tablet if taken at the same time.

• Alpha-Glucosidase Inhibitors: It's not advisable to combine Volix 0.3 mg Tablet with other alpha-glucosidase inhibitors such as miglitol, as this may lead to an increase in side effects.

• Oral Medicines: Some oral medicines, like digoxin, may have their absorption and effectiveness reduced when taken alongside Volix 0.3 mg Tablet.

• Diabetic Ketoacidosis: This medication is not suitable for patients suffering from diabetic ketoacidosis, a serious diabetes complication characterised by high blood sugar, ketones in your urine and acidosis.

• Liver Disease: Though rare, Volix 0.3 mg Tablet can cause liver dysfunction. If you have any pre-existing liver disease or dysfunction, consult your doctor before using this medicine.
