Winolap Eye Drops is a medicine used to treat and prevent symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis (eye allergies) such as eye itching, redness, watering, burning, and eyelid swelling caused by seasonal or year-round allergens.
It contains olopatadine, an antihistamine and mast cell stabiliser. Use the eye drops as prescribed by your doctor. Wash your hands thoroughly before applying the drops. Avoid touching the dropper tip to your eye, fingers, or any surface to prevent contamination. If you wear contact lenses, remove them before using the drops and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting them.
Minimising exposure to environmental allergy triggers, such as pollen, dust mites, and pet dander, can help manage eye allergies alongside this medicine. Avoiding rubbing your eyes also prevents further irritation.
Before using this medicine, tell your doctor if you have any other eye conditions or are using other eye medications. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before use. If you experience persistent eye pain, vision changes, or worsening redness, contact your doctor promptly.
