Xyzal M Suspension is used to manage allergic conditions such as allergic rhinitis, bronchial asthma, and chronic idiopathic urticaria. It helps reduce symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, itching, wheezing, and hives. The suspension provides effective relief from allergy-related inflammation and improves breathing comfort.

Here's how to give Xyzal M Suspension to your child:

• Before each use, ensure you shake the bottle thoroughly.
• Measure out the correct dose using a spoon or cup.
• Give this medicine orally to your child, with or without foo
• d, as per your doctor's recommendation.
• Remember, this medicine contains sugar and needs caution in diabetic children. Consult your doctor before giving this medicine if your child has diabetes.

Xyzal M Suspension is given orally.

The Xyzal M Suspension contains two active ingredients:

• Levocetirizine (2.5 mg): Levocetirizine is a medicine that helps with allergies. It works by blocking a chemical called histamine that makes you feel sick when you're allergic to something. It does this by binding to special receptors in your body, which stops histamine from causing symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes.
• Montelukast (4 mg): Montelukast is a medicine that helps people with asthma and allergies. It works by blocking special chemicals in the body called leukotrienes that can cause airway constriction and inflammation. By blocking these chemicals, montelukast helps to relax the airways, reduce inflammation, and make breathing easier.

• Keep Xyzal M Suspension in a cool and dry place, ideally at room temperature below 30°C.
• Ensure the medicine is protected from light and moisture.
• The bottle should remain tightly sealed when not in use.
• Always keep Xyzal M Suspension out of the reach of children.
• Remember to use the medicine before its expiry date.

• When your child is dealing with allergic rhinitis, try to keep your home dust-free as much as possible. Regularly clean surfaces, especially in your child's bedroom, to minimise allergens.
• If your child has bronchial asthma, ensure they avoid exposure to cigarette smoke and other airborne irritants like pollution or strong perfumes. These can trigger asthma symptoms.
