Zeldinac-MR Tablet is used for managing the following conditions:

• Painful musculoskeletal conditions

• Stiffness and spasms in muscles

• Inflammation and swelling related to muscle spasms

• Discomfort associated with limited muscle movement

Instructions for taking Zeldinac-MR Tablet are as follows:

Zeldinac-MR Tablet is taken orally.

The efficacy of Zeldinac-MR Tablet derives from its three active ingredients:

• Chlorzoxazone (250 mg): This centrally-acting muscle relaxant works by inhibiting multisynaptic reflex arcs involved in producing and maintaining skeletal muscle spasms. Its action mainly takes place at the spinal cord level and subcortical areas of the brain.

• Diclofenac Potassium (50 mg): As an NSAID, diclofenac potassium inhibits COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes thereby reducing prostaglandin synthesis. This leads to a decrease in inflammation, pain, and fever.

• Paracetamol/Acetaminophen (325 mg): Being a non-opioid analgesic and antipyretic, paracetamol inhibits the COX enzymes predominantly in the central nervous system. It helps increase the body's pain threshold and reduce fever.

• Store Zeldinac-MR Tablet in a cool, dry place at temperatures between 20-25°C.

• Keep it protected from direct sunlight and moisture.

• Always keep this medicine out of the reach of children.

• Remember to use the medicine before its expiry date.

• With muscle spasms, maintaining hydration is key. So, increase your intake of fluids, especially water, to help manage symptoms better.
