It contains metolazone (2.5 mg), a thiazide-like diuretic. Take it as prescribed. Regular monitoring of electrolytes and kidney function is important during treatment.

Tell your doctor about any gout, diabetes or electrolyte imbalance before starting. Report muscle weakness or cramps, excessive thirst, marked dizziness on standing or signs of dehydration.
