Ketoscore 6 Cream 15gm is used to manage combined fungal, bacterial and inflammatory skin infections in adults, helping control infection while easing associated redness, itching and irritation.

Ketoscore 6 Cream comprises six active ingredients:

• Ketoconazole (2%): This antifungal medication prevents fungal growth by blocking the synthesis of ergosterol, a key component of fungal cell walls.
• Neomycin (0.1%): As an antibiotic, it disrupts bacterial cell membranes and inhibits protein synthesis to prevent bacterial growth.
• Tolnaftate (1%): This antifungal agent interferes with the synthesis of fungal cell walls, thereby inhibiting fungal growth and spore germination.
• Iodochlorhydroxyquinoline (1%): An antibacterial and antifungal agent that disrupts the cell membranes of microbes, thus inhibiting their growth.
• Clobetasol Propionate (0.05%): This potent topical corticosteroid reduces inflammation and redness by restricting the release of substances that cause inflammation.
• Dexpanthenol (0.05%): Derived from vitamin B5, it acts as a moisturiser and helps improve skin barrier function while promoting wound healing.

• Store Ketoscore 6 Cream at room temperature, ideally below 30°C.
• Do not freeze.
