Glimepiride (2 Mg) + Metformin (1000 Mg)

Geminor M2 Forte Tablet is used to manage type 2 diabetes in adults whose blood sugar needs stronger control than standard dose combinations provide. It combines glimepiride and metformin, and better blood sugar control helps reduce the long-term risk of complications.

Glimepiride stimulates the pancreas to release more insulin, while metformin reduces glucose production by the liver and improves insulin sensitivity, together giving stronger blood sugar control at this higher-dose combination.

Take this tablet daily with your first main meal, exactly as your doctor prescribes, and keep to regular mealtimes to reduce the risk of low blood sugar.

Here are some instructions on how to take Geminor M2 Forte Tablet:

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
