Glipizide (2.5 Mg) + Metformin (250 Mg)

Glimet Tablet is used for managing the following health conditions:

Control of blood glucose levels in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus
Assistance in maintaining glycemic control when single therapy with either glipizide or metformin alone does not provide adequate control
Complementary to diet and exercise for improving glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Here's how you should take Glimet Tablet:

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
Avoid crushing, breaking, or chewing the tablet.
Do not exceed the recommended dose without consulting your doctor.
It's crucial not to stop taking this medicine without speaking to your doctor first.

Glimet Tablet is taken orally.

Taking Glimet Tablet might result in the following side effects:

Hypoglycaemia: This is a medical term for low blood sugar, which can make you feel dizzy or faint.
Nausea and vomiting
Abdominal pain
Headache
Dizziness
