Glimepiride (2 Mg) + Metformin (500 Mg)

Isryl-M2 Tablet is used to manage type 2 diabetes in adults when blood sugar is not controlled by diet, exercise or a single medicine. Better control helps reduce the long-term risk of kidney, nerve and eye problems.

It contains glimepiride, which prompts the pancreas to release more insulin, and metformin, which improves the body's response to insulin.
