• Metformin (500 mg): This component is part of the biguanide class of antidiabetic medicines. • Remogliflozin Etabonate (100 mg): This ingredient is a selective inhibitor of sodium glucose co-transporter 2 (SGLT2). It aids in lowering blood sugar by promoting the excretion of glucose via urine. It does so by blocking glucose reabsorption in the kidneys.

• Vildagliptin (50 mg): This component belongs to the dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitors or 'gliptins'.
